About Matthew

Matthew is an Account Advisor at Avison Young South Africa, having gained a good understanding of property through having recently completed his Honours year in Property Studies. Matthew has a strong foundation of knowledge in the property industry and translates this into focus areas such as Lease Management, Market Analysis and Sales for corporate clients, to name a few.

He has experience as a Leasing and Investment Broker that leads to a good understanding of client business requirements and ensuring the end product for the client is of a high quality. As an Account Advisor he is exposed to lease management, lease audit analysis and sourcing and securing new office premises. He has been involved in corporate disposals of properties around South Africa, sourcing suitable investors and facilitating the sales process from start to finish.
