Mteto is an analyst of Avison Young South Africa, having been part of the Avison Young team in South Africa since the business’s inception. Mteto is part of the Occupier Services and advisory division of the company. Mteto has experience in tenant representation and project management, possessing market analysis, financial assessment, strategic consulting and lease management skills.

For the past five years, Mteto has consulted with local and multinational clients, delivering tenant services on accounts with a focus on leasing, market analytics, strategic consulting and occupier real estate portfolio management.
