Napo is an Analyst at Avison Young South Africa, having had broad exposure to the property industry, which has equipped him with a unique skill set as well as a holistic understanding of the operations of Real Estate in South Africa.

After graduating from the University of Pretoria, Napo undertook his internship at Eris Property Group, where he has worked on accounts with a focus on leasing, market analytics and portfolio management.

Napo has experience in focus areas such as Market Analysis, Lease Advisory, Client Canvassing and Tender Proposals. Napo has worked in key accounts, finding solutions to optimising occupier real estate portfolios, deriving strong value outputs.

Napo’s has worked with Momentum Metropolitan, PWC, Redefine, Investec, South Point Student Accommodation.
